How I Got Started…

My journey into fitness started with a group called CrossFit CMH. I wanted to experience that high & mighty feeling by training with them, but I wasn’t consistent. When Covid-19 hit, I gained 50 lbs! At that point, I knew I had to change. So I restructured my diet and began hitting the gym 4-6 days a week! As I progressed, I was eventually approached with the opportunity of instructing as a Cross Fitness trainer. I jumped at the chance immediately! I love what this has done for my life, and for those I train! We’re more than just fitness. We’re a family!
