How I Got Started…
I took SilverSneakers classes at Wyandotte Athletic Club, now known as Core 44 Fitness! The instructor at the time was preparing to leave for a new opportunity, and she recommended me as the next instructor! I always enjoyed the classes and I felt that I could spread that joy to current and new class participants as well! So I became a certified SilverSneakers instructor and have loved it ever since!
