How I Got Started…
I found myself at my heaviest weight, 280 lbs, and approaching 300! I didn’t feel good with how I looked and wanted to change. I took a picture of what I knew would be the former me, and put in the necessary work towards the new me. As I progressed, I fell more and more in love with myself and the process. I wanted to help those that felt the same way I did, so I became a trainer.
