SilverSneakers Classic & Circuit

What is SilverSneakers Classic? Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills! The class uses light-weight dumbbells, resistance bands, and balls, as well as a chair for seated and/or standing support.

What is SilverSneakers Circuit? Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular endurance with a standard circuit workout. Upper-body strength exercises using light-weight dumbbells, resistance bands, and a ball are incorporated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
