How I Got Started…
I finished my track & field career in Spring of ’17 at Wittenberg University. To be honest, my eating habits weren’t the best as an athlete, but I managed to maintain an athletic physique due to the intensity of my track & field training. Once I was done with track & field, it all caught up with me. My poor eating habits and reduced physical activity hit me hard and quick! I gained 54 lbs in fat! One day I just woke up and said, “Hell no! I’m not living like this!” I changed my diet, started working out again, and inspired some people along the way. I felt good and wanted others to feel good, so I became a trainer and the rest was history.
