How I Got Started…
I weighed 300 lbs before I started my fitness journey! I was extremely uncomfortable and hated that for myself! So I changed my lifestyle, lost the weight, and decided I would become a personal trainer! I found it in me to have REAL results, and I want to help guide and assist any individual looking to lose weight or build muscle, so that they too will have REAL results!
