How I Got Started…
I didn’t walk into a CrossFit gym until I was 38, and do I wish I had done it sooner! It was always something I knew I would like, but I was also very intimidated. CrossFit has improved my physical and mental well-being like nothing else; and that’s coming from someone who has been into fitness for many years. So many things have become easier to handle. Mind you, it doesn’t make life easier, but it helps me manage life more easily. What I love most about being a trainer is helping those who are starting out and seeing them realize they have options and, more importantly, they are stronger and more capable than they ever believed they could be!
