How I Got Started…
I’ve always been very active. I did dance for a large amount of my youth as well as many sports. When I got to college, I started working out and weight training in an attempt to gain weight because I was very small. Then as I had gotten older the weight gain came a lot easier, if you know what I mean. So, I wanted to change the way the weight was placed on my body; body recomposition. So I changed my diet and became consistent and dedicated to putting my health first. I always tell myself, confidence starts within. So my slogan is, “I’ve always been hot . . . but now I’m hotter”! Remember to love yourself, but also put yourself as a priority, because there’s always room to get better.
