How I Got Started…

I started this fitness journey in April of 2021! By May, I had my first step class, and decided to pursue personal training as well! I started with one client and slowly but surely, I was blessed to have more and more clients seek my training and class! Don’t ever give up on your vision! Keep pushing no matter what! I am fully committed to my clients, and I appreciate those who believe in ME to guide them on their fitness journey! Your accountability is most important in your daily decisions and habits in order to reach you goals! Let’s continue to show up and practice accountability; not only with our fitness goals, but also in our every day lives!
